TWO year workmanship Warranty with up to a TEN year power Warranty.
Energizersolar.com guarantees everything we sell for two years from the date of purchase to be free from major defects in materials and workmanship.
The two year parts and workmanship warranty is subject to the following limitations:
- The warranty is valid only when the product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to: using with other than Energizer® branded components ordinarily used with the warranted item, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by use in waves or shore breaks, damage caused by high speed crashes, accidents or damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship.
- This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.
- The warranty is good from the date of the original purchase only. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Energizer® solar product covered by the warranty and it does not extend to subsequent purchasers or third parties.
- This warranty excludes any damages to persons or property caused by, or related to, mechanical failure or accidents. ICP Solar will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of any of our products and/or any other damages or losses.
Energizersolar.com will make the final warranty determination, which may require inspections and/or photos of the equipment, which clearly show the defect(s).
This is the only warranty we make to you and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for bodily injury or death and for incidental and consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
There are no warranties, which extend beyond the warranty specified herein. The duration of any implied warranties are hereby limited to the ninety (90) day duration of our express warranty.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state or jurisdiction.
