Shipping Details

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed prior to placing any order. Shipping costs vary be product weight. A single flat fee is charged for each shipment. There is FREE ground shipping on all orders over $199.

Standard Shipping

  • Please note, we do not deliver to Alaska or Hawaii
  • A signature upon delivery is required for shipments over $400
  • Please note that items may not be shipped to P.O. boxes

Damaged Shipments

While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during shipping, it can happen from time to time. Energizersolar.com does everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of items purchased from us. However, in the unlikely instance of damage occurring during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us immediately. If you notice any visual damage to a box when you receive it, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately to ensure they have arrived undamaged and that no items are missing. Please ask Customer Service to document that the box arrived damaged. Often the shipper will want to inspect the box and packaging materials, so be sure to retain everything until instructed otherwise by Customer Service.
